Addressing stability, balance accuracy, Zelle integration, and cross-device compatibility would greatly improve user satisfaction.

I have been a Five Points bank customer over 40 years. Love the bank and when I moved from Grand Island back to Omaha, I loved the easy transition. I am not a fan of their new online banking system-it is much hard to maneuver through than the previous system and the reason I didn’t give a 5 star review
