The concept is great, the App is a convenience when info can be found. Carrier Corp has been very successful in dumbing down the UI to their antiquated approach in all things digital.

I downloaded the app and I typed in the model number and several things show up, but when I click on ( for example) the wiring diagram it never shows up.
