I use this app on purpose to have a security and an insurance ever fraud or something happened I have all evidence I have a report Police. I have approved that those people scam me. And after all this time that I’ve been waiting in the case been with you then is that you guys can’t do anything . I’ve been stolen scam and I was thinking that at least I would have the support coming from you and my money back. I did a report with the lawyer a letter that was sent to the company to explain everything. The company is still in the Middle East and you guys are still able to get my money back. We are talking about one on that and $20,000. I’ve been working so hard for this money and I’ve been trusting you company and paying fees for no reason I was waiting a call or more support. You guys only sent me an email to say that is the night. I would like to have another review about the case and have a manager a Sapir advisor calling me and explain me why the money cannot be refunded not a simple message that we are talking about $50. Looking forward to hear from you and hopefully we can continue to work together because obviously if I don’t get any money back in support, I will definitely stop to use the app and I will not give a good review about what is “Wise”
