Recent reviews

I needed to transfer money to a friend in another country so I opened an account. Once opened I received email confirmation that I was confirmed and ready to begin. I went through the process to transfer funds and received a message that the transaction was pending. I contacted an agent for assistance and it took 15 minutes for an agent to show up, and then they simply explained the transaction was cancelled and it was protocol, and to try again. I made a second attempt and had the same experience. So if it didn’t work for me, what is the point in having an account.

A deeply flawed service that takes money out of your account, but it never reaches its destination, it then makes it nearly impossible to trace what happened to it as you try to navigate through non-existent customer care. Avoid at all costs and use Wise or other services!
