⭐ 1 STAR — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SAS AIRLINES! ⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING WITH SAS! I am extremely angry and disappointed with my experience with SAS Airlines. After making my booking, I discovered that the flight direction was wrong. There was no reasonable way for me to simply correct the booking, so I had to cancel it. Now I am trying to get my money back, and I am not getting the help or response I expected. It is extremely frustrating to pay for a ticket and then have such a difficult time getting assistance when something goes wrong. SAS needs to take responsibility, respond to customers, and provide proper support instead of leaving people waiting and worried about their money. I WILL NOT BOOK WITH SAS AGAIN after this experience. I am requesting my FULL REFUND and a proper response from SAS as soon as possible. ⚠️ Double-check EVERYTHING before paying for a SAS ticket!
