Recent reviews

Positively the worst airline app I’ve ever used. If the address checker can’t find your home address it continually rejects check in ( and I’m now on the 5th attempt). I’m a US citizen, living in the US. Why does it ask where I’m staying? This app is unusable garbage. Good airline but I won’t fly it again because dealing with reservations and customer service is a NIGHTMARE!

Not able to reserve seats via the app nor the website. When clicking the prompt to go to payment, the screen just crashes. By mistake, I added an extra meal. I was able to pay for for an extra meal. But not for secret reservation.
