App does Absolutely nothing and is constantly saying server error on everything I do I have a parking pass and it won’t even show up. Can’t put my vehicle down or nothing completely useless app to have wouldn’t waste the time on it

This service is convenient when it works as expected. However, if anything goes wrong, customer service is virtually nonexistent. They simply do not respond to requests or provide meaningful support when issues arise.

This app is not accepted by the parking garages even with a confirmed. reservation. Lots were full when I arrived with a reservation and one lot scanned me in on the app but the next day told me I never had a reservation there. I had to pay full price to get my car back. Very expensive.
