ParkWhiz works with garages that have broken app readers. When you exit they charge you twice what you agreed to and ParkWhiz doesn’t realize this is fraud

Used the app for the first time to book a parking garage. The instructions were clearly marked with a phot of the entrance including a matching address easily found by Google Maps. Upon entering, the code did not work. When I requested help from the garage, they indicated that the address did not match their parking garage and I was forced to pay on the spot. When attempting to collect a refund from ParkWhiz I have not received a response via the refund request on the app, nor through email request. Won’t be using this again.
