Recent reviews

Booked covered parking at Denver airport. The QR code worked on entry and then threw “Invalid Scan. Not in system or active.” on the way out. The lot staff had never heard of ParkWhiz and couldn’t find my pass by pass ID, plate, or anything else. No human on the support line. The chat bot’s answer was to pay the lot again and file for a refund. So I paid $92.40 on top of the $60 I’d already given ParkWhiz, just to get my car out. Now I’m chasing a reimbursement for a service I already paid for. An app that sells you a pass the lot can’t verify isn’t saving you anything. It’s a coin flip with your car on the other side of the gate.
