Recent reviews

I used the app during a trip to Italy in July 2025 and added €75 to my account. I was unable to use the service and requested a refund in August 2025. I provided all requested information, including my Wise bank details, and was told the refund had been submitted and would be completed within 30 days. It is now May 2026, and I still have not received my money. Customer support kept sending generic responses for months and eventually stopped responding completely. Extremely disappointing experience.

Don’t waste your time trying to get an account. The process fails out for foreigners whether from the app or from the mobile website. The app just gives an error box. The website lets you pick the US country code (1), but the shows an American flag next to the code 39.
