Aggiornamento: Ho chiamato i numeri e scritto agli indirizzi suggeritimi qui in feedback, ma nessuno ha mosso un dito e settimane più tardi continuo a non poter utilizzare il dispositivo. Un servizio da terzo mondo. —————- Ho un account, un contratto, e un dispositivo, ma l’app non mi permette di attivare il dispositivo, e il supporto tecnico non fa nulla per sbloccare la situazione nonostante le mie ripetute segnalazioni per telefono e email. Terribile.

In order to register you must receive an SMS code. Although the app has a drop down menu showing every possible country code, Gabon, Seychelles, you name it, the SMS will not reach you if you are roaming in Italy using your USA number. I get other SMS here in Italy without issues. Worse THERE US NO ALTERNATE MEANS OF REGISTERING OR OF CONTACTING THE Management FOR HELP. So useless for us anyway. Too bad, we badly need this.
