I used to work here and still bank here because I like it so much. Everyone is always very helpful and nice. I usually go to branch on W 86th St and as soon as they see me walk in they’re saying hello and how can we help you. Also very friendly at this branch. Even the manager said hello and goodbye to me from his office!

App is 1000x better than in the past. Couldn’t even reliably login to the other more than 3x/year, no matter the # of attempts. I’ve only run into mobile deposit issues and intermittent working on the site so far. So, better than before. Middling so 3 stars for now.
