Users like the app’s polished look and the transfer feature, and welcome having a real mobile app. However, recurring stability issues dominate: the app often won’t open, spins, or shows white screens, especially on older iPhones. Mobile check/photo deposits frequently fail or are missing. Authentication is burdensome with repeated verification codes and loss of biometric login. Sign-on problems and slow web login add to the frustration. Reliability and deposit features are the main pain points.
