Exactly as the title says, had to spend hours between their email CS and text CS team to get the order canceled and not shipping well beyond their average fulfillment time. I was hesitant to purchase as their images and descriptions were poor to begin with.

This app is below average in terms of usability and likeability. Its really no better than using the website (also mediocre). It crashes frequently and doesn’t load. Constant annoying updates feel useless.
