I emailed customer service about a package that hasn’t even finished processing yet and received and email saying they were gonna get back to me and they never did, as for that package a label hasn’t even been created. 0/10 would not recommend

Keeps crashing and when you talk to CS, idiots

The app won’t update and I don’t know how to reach you guys to flag it. It’s been waiting since 5/29/26 and I trigger the UPDATE but it just goes back to list of apps that are ready to update instead of completing.
