Bought a pair of sneakers from a seller that said they ship in between one to two days just for them to ship on the final day right before I was about to be refunded from my order due to them taking so long. Finally got my shoes in the mail about a week later, and the seller decided to ship the wrong pair of sneakers that was the wrong material. After trying to put in a claim they kept telling me to return the sneakers, but the outcome that I wanted was to get the original pair that I ordered and they tried to manipulate me and tell me TWICE that it was the same exact pair when clearly in the pictures you could see one is cloth and one is leather. Terrible customer service don’t trust this app, crazy how a verified app can sit in your face in deny you the customer service of you want, this app protects its sellers too much instead of holding them accountable. - fyi yall can smd
