App does not work at all. Can’t search by GPS or zip code for nearest pharmacy location. Typing in prescription # for refill doesn’t work. Pretty worthless.

A critical defect in the iPhone app makes it unusable. Observed: We open the app and see a screen asking for name and RX number. Inputting this information pops up a screen keyboard. We can input name and RX number. But we cannot get rid of the keyboard, and cannot activate a button for submitting the name and RX number. So, we are stuck at the name/Rx input screen. Expected: Once we input the name and Rx we would expect to see a button of some sort such as ‘submit’ or ‘refill’ activated and not blocked by another screen element. But, that is not happening.
