The 2FA will not allow account access without being able to reach out to my phone. If I have to have my phone at hand, I’ll use that! 2FA should have an opt out option. (This app used to work just fine on my iPad, so thanks for messing this up).

Love mobile banking but problem with your camera. Makes experience difficult

Software is never able to recognize endorsement on the back of the check. Sometimes have to take pictures (both front and back) 5 times before deposit goes through. Very time-consuming and frustrating.
