I’ve been banking with this bank for 40 years And not once have I ever felt it was customer friendly from hidden banking fee to unfriendly drive-through clerks to always having to call when the system isn’t working the way that other banking system. it’s just antiquated and does not keep up with the times. The I’ve stayed there is because it’s such a hassle to change direct deposit and the lag time is too long normally and I’m sure this bank would make it even harder.

Worst bank there is. At least once a month they’ll lock your card for speculation of “fraud” charges. On top of that, they’ll make it impossible to login through the app saying they are unable to verify your identity. So unless you want to call customer service multiple times a month, do not bank here.
