Easy to use and intuitive overall navigation

Difficult to locate the claim submission tab; overall navigation is not intuitive
Frequent crashes and bugs; issues with saving attachments and photos
Login/authentication problems (cannot log in, timeouts, password issues)
Missing features and limitations (PDF EOB uploads missing, can’t view submitted claims, compatibility with WEX/updates)

Recent reviews

They were supposed to forfeit my FSA balance in October, which never happened. Then they sent me a message right before 2022 saying that I still have funds. Promised to forfeit them again and of course did nothing. Only said that I need to spend those money to bring balance to 0 (genius!), which was obviously too late because it was in 2022. Totally misleading and screwed up my HSA contributions. Now I’ll have problems with IRS.

Cannot find where to submit a claim, not a user friendly at all. That's the first thing user should see when opening the app. Frustrating. Hopefully support will help me to find that hidden button to submit the claim.
