2023-02-26	Dr*****	This is easy to use and I’m already feeling much better and seeing improvements after just several uses over the last few weeks. I especially like her instructions and reassurances, and listen through each time though I could skip them. Even though now I know what to do, her words help me see things in new ways. Also, it’s so powerful to hear my own recorded voice state the issue and then the bridge, over and over again. If I feel too emotional to keep repeating, my recorded answer is doing it for me while I tap. I will continue using this app. Thank you!
