Hi. I have heard miraculous results with this technique, but I don’t know if I’m improving. When it asks to log how you’re feeling, I don’t really know, unless it is obvious, but I just go through the motion and estimate, hoping I’m being honest (if I know). Then, during a session, it prompts you to scan for where you feel the negative emotion, and I don’t know where. Am I the only one who feels this way? Maybe my mind, and maybe my core if you have any anxious breathing. Other than that, 🤷🏻‍♀️. I am trusting the reputation of the technique to see if I can detect noticeable improvement. I also wondered that the programs are general and if they apply to specific issues such as childhood trauma, general trauma, PTSD, and general addictions like food.

At first I was a bit skeptical but once I committed myself to consistently trying these exercises I immediately noticed a huge improvement. As someone who suffers from crippling performance anxiety this app has changed everything for me!
