2024-01-28	Ta*****	The "occasional" need to manually log in with ID and password vs. using Face ID is more like every few days. And after the "occasional" required manual login you have to turn Face ID on again. This is extremely irritating.

2020-04-15	Th*****	It’s been months since I’ve been able to log in via IOS app. Contacted tech support and I kid you not, they said it was just something I had to deal with. In the email the guy admitted that he has issues with the app sometimes. May have to look for a new bank.
