Живу в РФ, в июне две раза подряд столкнулась с ужасной ситуацией. 1) Забронировала номер в отеле заранее через данный сервис. Приезжаю на место, а мне говорят: «мы с сегодняшнего дня закрываемся. Островок меня естественно не предупредил. Они не предупредили. Я одна в чужом городе, в итоге пришлось бронировать номер в два раза дороже. 2) Приехала в Рязань, жильём тоже была обеспечена бронь на Островке. И что вы думаете? Брони не не было у отеля. И ладно бы, если бы в самом городе хоть в одном отеле ещё было бы место. Так нет же, все рванули сюда на выходные. Спасибо островку за ночь в машине! В добивочку мне за оба случая обещали бонусу гуру и не начислили!! Просто свинство в чистом виде.
