Like everyone else, love the concept. Especially since Ireland is ranks at the top for countries making it as difficult as possible to rent a car. The app has gotten better at approving you license details quicker but we still have not been able to add credit card details on the app or the browser. GoCar, for the love, hire a CEO and a management team that can fix this company and get the app and processes working. It has all of the makings to be successful. But to have such a on-user friendly app, still after all this time is an embarrassment. In the year 2025 there is no excuse for rubbish apps anymore. Get with the program.

As new Signup, encountered numerous bugs from registration, verifications and validations. Had to eventually give up and look for another car rental

This is the worst app that I have ever tried to use. I love the concept and want to use it but can’t figure it out because the app is so difficult to use.
