I have a LOTT of photos of my kid and I want them all but I have too pay I don’t like it’s a good choice at all

This sucks. i am trying to download the app and i cannot because it won’t accept my payment method. I’ve tried multiple cards and it won’t work. I CANNOT download the app without a payment method. then i’ve tried to use the online version on google and it won’t let me past the “download the app” page. How am i supposed to download it if it don’t take any payment methods. this shouldn’t be happening.
