Can’t login because I am unable to reset my password. At first it said the passwords “don’t match” but after trying many different combinations, nothing is successful. The screen is just frozen. Doesn’t matter what I do. Obviously a glitch. How annoying! Parents aren’t busy enough apparently.

I have kids at different schools and have used these apps a bunch. This is the only one that I have to pay a fee to retrieve my child’s photos when I’m paying very high private school fees, is unacceptable…
