Recent reviews

I tried to place a $900 order only to get a notification that Instacart needed to ‘verify’ my account. They placed my account on hold for up to two hours (although some screens up to 48 hours). I called the customer service number only to get an AI chatbot whom told me that Instacart would review my verification within a few hours and to ‘check back’. I had to emailed pictures of my debit card and ID which seems like a LOT to verify my identity and highly suspicious.

When I am working on things around the house, it’s nice to have someone help with the shopping. Even though I don’t mind doing it myself. This is just very convenient.
