I was making a reservation. I had it all worked out. Then I needed to swap out of the app and get an airline points account number. The Budget app did a lock and when it reopens with my face it didn’t resume in the almost completed reservation. LAME

Waited over 2 hours for my reservation and they never produced a car. Probably 100 people waiting for cars to become available. What’s the point of a reservation again? Do better Budget.
