Bought a house that had an eye comfort thermostat. Absolutely hate it. Had ecobee and nest before this, both are infinitely better for dramatically, lower price points. Unfortunately, with the system, you cannot use other smart thermostats. You have to use their proprietary technology, and the app, which is horrible.

All too frequently, the server does not communicate with the internet, so not able to update temperature settings or toggle between AC & heat using iPhone. I don’t want to have to “Call Lennox” every time their server gets snippy.
