So, Basically I’m having to use this for my schools HOPE class over the summer and it’s not bad but, I wouldn’t use this day to day to be honest it’s not as convenient as I wish it was. Personally I have a Garmin watch and it helps me record workouts sooooo much easier that this app.

This app needs a lot of work. I keep unsubscribing from their emails, which send useless reminders to do things AFTER I’ve already done them. The workout exercises are badly structured and hard to follow. Not great.

I made the mistake of signing up for this app from the website. The only way to cancel from there is through a chatbot that no one responds to. There has also been no reply to my emails requesting support. Horrible customer service.
