RT Mobile is a Request Tracker client for quickly managing your tickets on the go.

Easily find tickets with custom searches. Exclude unwanted queues or people. Create custom queries to quickly access all your tickets. Organize queries and searches with groups. Create groups for other teammates or locations. Snap a photo with your devices camera and add it to a comment or reply.

Using multiple servers? RT Mobile supports multiple servers simultaneously and integrates them all in a way that allows you to to organize everything the way you want.

Tickets are cached so you can view them while offline.

---NOTES--- Requires a Request Tracker 3.8.x or newer server. Supports authentication through the RT server only. Web external authentication is not supported. SelfService Portal is not supported. You must be a privileged user to login.
