This a the worst app ever. You can’t find anything, not even review recent activity. But they already changed my card for $41.

The Login option is used when you have signed up for a subscription (which gives you reduced rates if you are a regular toll roads user). The Guest option is used when you don’t have a subscription. I use the toll roads only a few times a year, so I don’t have a subscription. Because I use the app infrequently, I tend to forget that I’m supposed to use the Guest payment link, and when I click on the Login option, I get an error saying that my login is incorrect. Minor inconvenience, but still… The good thing is that the app saves vehicle information under Guest (model, license plate), so no need to re-enter vehicle data each time. Not so good: credit card payment only, no Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc. Which means that I enter my credit card info each time (the app does give you the option to save your credit card info).
