Rydoo’s iOS app offers strong reporting and can save time for bookkeeping, and is valued when users stay logged in. However, widespread reliability and usability problems dominate feedback: frequent crashes, queuing, and slow performance; receipt capture and OCR issues; recurring login resets; slow or unresponsive support; and regressions after updates, plus platform quirks (notably on iPad). The core features are appreciated, but ongoing stability and support challenges hinder regular use.

Pros

Terrific reporting for accountants and strong reporting features that help prepare books for banks and taxes.
A small investment that saves significant time in bookkeeping.
The app is great, as long as I am logged in.
Widely used across many companies over the years, indicating reliability in practice.

Cons

Frequent crashes, slowness, and submission queues that force re-entry of data.
Receipt capture is unreliable: cannot upload from the photo library; only live camera; scanning often yields duplicates or zero amounts.
Frequent login/log-out requirements and session resets that disrupt use.
Poor support, slow response times, and lack of phone support.
Updates cause regressions and platform-specific issues (bugs after upgrades, iPad feature drops, date/ UI quirks).
