Unnecessary app and UW Eau Claire is ridiculous for using it

Words cannot describe the frustration I have for this App. I need it to sign-in to a specific account I rarely use. My phone says I need to enable notifications, but I can’t for this stupid app. So now, I cannot sign into the app on my laptop… which I need it for. What is the point of this app if I can’t log in to it??? I tried to log in to my account any other way and it is virtually impossible. There is no easy way to access this account like any other app. I’m livid.
