This app is great for labeling and categorizing BWC footage, but freezes every minute or so when you try to review footage. And if you want to skip ahead a few minutes than good luck, it’ll just freeze instantly and refuse to play until it loses connection to your body cam. Incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to review footage away from your PD or still on a call.

The iOS version of this app is utter garbage. Axon should be ashamed of what they’ve put out. Constantly freezes. Disconnects from the camera often. If you stop the video then start it again it won’t load and you have to start over. Sometimes the video will play all the way through, sometimes it won’t. I had the same app when I had an android and it was MUCH better. Judging from other reviews seems I’m not the only one with issues. Get it together axon.
