The previous app was superior. Worked like a charm so they fixed it. With this junk. Stopped using this junk and worked only with the website (which, unfortunately, worked just like this awful app). I would have changed banks but it is crazy difficult to transfer SSA deposits these days. Throughout the last week, the website filled my screen with an exhaustive announcement of a super-duper new look starting today. OMG!!! It's a new look, for sure, but why???? There is NO WAY TO LOGIN! There is absolutely no way to access one's personal bank accounts anymore. NO WAY! Guy on the phone calls it a new "logo" but the entire page (website?) is different and 100% useless. When will this design stupidity be fixed? Nobody knows. Meanwhile, I was directed to come back to this awful app because they haven't trashed it yet. ATFCU, have you forgotten your reason for existence is CUSTOMERS???
