There are parts of this app that have noticably improved over time like mobile deposit so it's good that they are investigating in the app and I hope someone reads this! There are however some fundemental issues that drive me nuts. For example the app NEVER retains my login preferences. I'd prefer biometrics which is an option in Settings but whenever I try to use it, the app "forgets" the change. I had Instant Balance working for a bit but now it tells me I need to set it up....again.....for the 50th time.... What is the point of having settings and preferences if they never actually stick? I don't know if this is happening anytime they update the app or if this is just a fancy skin over the website but it's incredibly frustrating!

I’ve been a member of this credit union for 40 years. I will never do my banking or loans anywhere else. Very friendly service, and knowledgeable employees. I would very highly recommend Tri County Area Federal Credit Union!
