Cons

Frequent sign-in/login problems and not remembering login credentials; you’re asked to sign in for each article.
App often fails to load or crashes, making reading frustrating.
Navigation is hard and not intuitive, with many steps to access content.
Persistent subscription prompts and paywalls block access and complicate management (including online cancellation).
For some devices, the app requires an update that is not compatible with older iOS versions (e.g., iOS 17 required; older iPad cannot install).

My phone is so old that the new version of the BND app won’t install. I cannot find a telephone number to call. Before the new app came out, I tried to cancel my subscription online. No matter what I did, nothing changed.

Every time you make a change, I can’t get the paper. You make it harder and harder to read the paper. By the time I figure it out, I’m to aggravated to read it.

The latest version update is required for me to get paper. When I try to install it, it will not install because I don’t have iOS 17.0. My iPad says it has 16.7.14 and is up to date. Requiring this update to continue is a programming blunder that is unacceptable. So, as far as you enhancing my user experience, it is a fail.
