I am paying for this service and recently the app auto updated and lost years of my data! I thought they wouldn’t be a problem as I’ve done backups! Only it refuses to log me in and when I try a password reset the entire app shuts down. I have tried to contact support multiple times and received nothing! I even used the email that is listed here and got an “undeliverable” message back! This app used to work like a charm but now that I have paid my money there is no support and my data for the last 3 years is gone!
