User Reviews

Users value Amion as a centralized, easy-to-view scheduling hub used across organizations, including for training, and see it as a long‑standing go‑to tool. However, updates cause reliability problems: settings reset, features break, and upgrades force changes. On-call and monthly views frequently fail or require switching to classic view or the browser. Reminders can be spammy and sometimes inaccurate. Privacy concerns surround admin changes under Doximity, and support is often slow. Overall, the app's usefulness is undermined by ongoing maintenance issues.

  • Updates frequently break features and reset user settings, forcing upgrades.
  • On-call and monthly views are unreliable and often require switching to classic or web view.
  • Reminders are spammy and sometimes inaccurate.
  • Privacy concerns and admin changes under Doximity, with slow or unresponsive support.
  • Navigation/UI has become unwieldy and hard to use.

After updating the app, the back arrow button is grayed out and very annoying to have to restart just to start at the beginning every time.

Every time this app updates, notification settings get reset. This is so dangerous because it makes me miss pages. I require the PRESTO alarm sound and 10 repeats to make sure I don’t miss night time pages, and it happens every time this app updates. It should keep the settings options persistent between updates. I hate this app. It sucks.

No longer able to print entire monthly schedules in landscape orientation, which is currently printing in weekly sections, rather than the entire monthly calendar in the landscape orientation thereby resulting in wasted paper
