I signed up for a paid membership but have barely been able to use the platform due to ongoing issues with the account verification process. I have submitted my government-issued ID multiple times. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that reactivation can take up to 48 hours each time. I have contacted customer support multiple times via email, but the issue remains unresolved. For a service that charges a significant membership fee, the customer support options are inadequate. There is no live chat support, and the only phone number provided appears to be based in India, making it difficult for many users to get timely assistance. At a minimum, Shaadi.com should provide a toll-free support number and live chat support for paying members. The platform has potential, but the current verification and support experience has been extremely disappointing.
