I got subscription from app for combo plan expecting I would get subscription for the right regional matrimony service. They gave subscription for random regional matrimony and mentioning that they can’t change it. I raised immediately with customer service and each member is saying different thing. Paid a big amount for this but disappointed in service.

The app minimum payment starts from 109$, there is no monthly payment options, and altest there should be like free of atlest 5 contacts or something. Atlest you should give a free trail for a day or a limited contacts. Felt so expensive.
