I still have yet to receive my Mother’s Day card I ordered. It is now a week late

It would have been a great touch if the card was sent in an envelope. My card arrived on time, which I appreciate, but unfortunately it was pretty damaged. The larger photo on the card, the most important part, was badly scraped off. I believe an envelope could have protected it better during shipping. This was my first time using the app, and sadly it might be the last.
