My post cards never arrived and support first told me to wait for them to arrive and next when they still did not arrive they said they could not help as it had been too long.

I use this app to send postcards to my daughter at camp. It has been down for the past 4 days. I just get a scroll wheel of death when submitting one forever until I get frustrated and close it out. Conveniently this happens as soon as I buy credits instead of paying via Apple Pay so they already have my money.
