User Reviews

Pros include barcode scanning, easy search, wishlist, and capacity to manage large collections with editing flexibility. Cons center on a 15-item limit with a $30 unlock, data loss or disruptive updates, extra costs for cross‑platform syncing, reliability issues, and poor change communication. Overall, it’s powerful for cataloging when it works, but monetization, stability, and migration problems push some users to seek alternatives.
Pros
  • Barcode scanning works and speeds up adding items.
  • The search feature is easy to use.
  • Wishlist is a strong, useful feature.
  • Capable of handling large collections (thousands of titles) with editing support.
  • Flexible editing and manual entry options.
Cons
  • 15-item limit followed by a steep $29.99/$30 unlock fee for unlimited storage.
  • Frequent data loss or major changes (updates/renaming) that wipe collections, often without clear notice.
  • Cross-platform costs and sync requirements (Mac app or separate purchases).
  • Reliability issues (logins, barcode/scanner glitches, slow performance, missing cover art).
  • Poor communication and support around changes and data migration.

I like this app. I’ve been using it for years. I just got a new collection of games so I thought I would add them to the app and update my existing collection, but I can’t because the “+” button at the top left isn’t working.

It scan it and then it Get connected, but you can also search it

I was eager to start cataloging which video games I owned, and scanning the bar codes on the back made it seem so easy… that is, until you try to add a 16th game into the app. Then you are hit with a $30 paywall with no alternative. Such a disappointment. I really wish the App Store wouldn’t allow apps like this to even be considered “free” because it isn’t, it’s thirty dollars. Just use an excel spreadsheet 🤦🏻‍♂️
