I’m trying to set up my new banking info so I can pay my bill automatically. I’m traveling. I don’t have access to my SLV REC account number until I can get into the website to access my account. But someone unfortunately made the decision that you can’t get into the website without your account number. VERY DISAPPOINTED and VERY FRUSTRATED! I finally have time and info to change my bank info but am getting roadblocked because I have no idea what their account number is for me. PLEASE RETHINK your log in screen. Make it normal. Without an account number. Thats CRAZY!!

When you go to report that your power is out, the app instantly closes/crashes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Doesn’t help. So the one thing that the app is actually useful for, I have no idea if they are even getting my report reported outage or not.
