2026-08-09	Ro*****	Seriously-community trust-despite knowing my passwords and answering the personal questions and submitting the email and text 2 factor questions absolutely accurately, I still get error messages. I have had problems with this app for YEARS!! And the only way to fix the problem is to actually call your reps to have them unlock my account. That’s personnel time they could have used to do something more important and more dissatisfaction for this customer. PLEASE provide a way for us to fix these problems ourselves. Stop locking my account if mistype one letter. Omg!! I never had these problems with Wells Fargo which I banked with for 10 years. Ugh!
