User feedback on BillQuick Mobile is mixed. Many praise its intuitive UI, easy mobile time/expense submission, receipt attachments, offline mode, and ongoing feature updates. However, recurring issues include frequent crashes, data sync problems and stale information, data loss risks when closing or logging out, a dated UI with poor navigation, and unreliable attachments delivery or mobile upload limitations.

Pros

Intuitive, simple UI that’s easier to use than the web version.
Ability to attach receipts to expenses and time entries, with memo capability.
Offline mode with automatic syncing when back online, enabling work without constant connectivity.
Mobile submission of time and expenses with instant visibility to managers.
Ongoing updates and feature improvements (receipts, offline support, etc.).

Cons

Frequent crashes and instability, especially after updates or on launch.
Data synchronization issues and stale information; reminders to log out/in to refresh projects.
Data loss or poor persistence when closing the app or logging out (time sheets disappear).
Outdated or clumsy UI and navigation, including long scrolling for projects/tasks and lack of iPad optimization.
Attachments delivery unreliability and mobile-upload limitations (cannot upload PDFs from the phone).

Recent reviews

This UI/UX for this app is awful. Information doesn’t sync half the time and when you reach out to their technical team for assistance, they require you provide a screenshot of the log-in page. In order to provide the screenshot, you have to log out of the application. When you log out of the app, you loose all of the data that you entered… so why bother even reaching out? Why not just delete all of the entries and start over… The app looks like it belongs on the original iPhone and was never updated. Information on the app doesn’t sync, automatically when changes are made on the website. Do not recommend BillQuick to any degree — there are so many other systems that are MUCH better for time and expense recording. And the website is worse…

Our company uses this unfortunately. Expenses are impossible to submit, attachments never make it to our managers and in order to see new projects you need to log out and log in EVERY SINGLE TIME.
