I have the paid, premium membership that is supposed to have all-access and this app is completely useless. The only content is the magazines and your membership website login does not work for the app, so I can’t read anything via the app. You have to go through the website. The whole membership is actually very confusing because you don’t actually have a member hub, so it is very difficult to access all the features you are paying for.

I’ve been trying for months to access my subscription (email and zip code log in) every time I put in my information I get an error that says contact support. The magazine company (Hearst) does not have control over the app, and if you attempt to contact the app developer, their website does not exist anymore. I have to use my browser to access my digital content which is bizarre. Why use a browser when I have an app for that?! FIX THIS LOG IN ISSUE. HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR APP.
