I always have problems logging into the website. And more times than not it’s due to maintenance. I get really frustrated that I can’t access my 24/7 account 24/7! There are a lot of other little errors that keep happening in the app and I usually end up calling the bank before my time is done on the app you’d think with all the maintenance they’re doing. They’d be able to fix this stuff by now, but this has gone on for years.

The “upgrade” means I can no longer pay bills online, though I may access and transfer between accounts. And the online ‘assistant’ does not help at all. What a mess!
