Users repeatedly report sign-in loops and provider authentication failures, lengthy and repetitive ads that disrupt viewing, crashes/freezes that force ad replays, and unreliable live sports streaming with poor load times and quality. AirPlay and cross-device sign-in issues further frustrate users. A minority note the content lineup is decent and the app works for them, but overall reliability and performance are the dominant concerns.

Recent reviews

I no longer can sign in. This has been happening for over a year with the TNT, and now TBS. Their customer support is absolutely no help when they even bother to answer. Endless excuses.
