User reviews are overwhelmingly negative due to login instability, frequent sign-outs, and authentication problems (including 2FA/SSO). App performance is unreliable (slow, crashes, spinning loaders), which leads to missed or delayed punches and timesheet submissions. Cross-device use is mentioned but often hampered by synchronization issues between iPhone and Web versions. Positive feedback is rare, with only occasional notes of cross-device accessibility.

Constant sign-out / cannot stay signed in.
Repeated login failures and authentication issues (including 2FA/SSO).
Slow, laggy performance with crashes and loading issues (spinning wheel, white screen).
Punch-in/out not reliably registering and timesheets experiencing delays or errors.
Data syncing problems between the iPhone app and Web App (entries can wipe or fail to sync).

Recent reviews

This app is incredibly glitchy and only works correctly a fraction of the time. It makes many errors on time cards that have to be manually corrected and causes employees to miss breaks and clock in late due to issues opening the app. Super disappointing and unacceptable.

How do you make log ins easier? Get an app! Except the one does not work or stay signed in. All I want to do is punch in or out and I need to remember/type in full password then wait for authentication text 😵‍💫
