User Reviews

Overall, users praise RR as a thorough, intuitive ED recovery tool that makes logging meals, feelings, and thoughts easy, with photos and timestamps, plus seamless clinician data sharing. The non-calorie focus and built-in coping skills are empowering. However, recurring concerns include timing-related logging issues (midnight/log day misalignment), app errors with limited support and occasional data loss after reinstall, and a desire for more customization and export options. Despite flaws, it remains a strong care-and-recovery aid.
Pros
  • Thorough and comprehensive ED recovery tool
  • Intuitive and user-friendly logging experience
  • Strong clinician communication and data sharing (providers can see entries)
  • Rich logging options (meals, thoughts, feelings, photos) with time-stamped records
  • Supportive features beyond logging (coping skills, mindfulness, affirmations; non-calorie-focused)
Cons
  • Time/day logging and photo timing constraints (logging past midnight, wrong day, photo timing restrictions)
  • Frequent app errors with limited/slow support access and occasional data loss after reinstall
  • Customization and export limitations (limited check-in customization; lack of PDF export; some navigation/content organization issues)

This app is a great companion for anyone trying to recover from an eating disorder or anyone who struggles with food issues and needs to track what they’re eating for other reasons

Hi although I truly love this app and give it a five star rating it has a bug when you take photo and ask you to Select more. I don’t want to Select anymore. It won’t let you put the timing in Richmond. It never did this before and it just stays there on the front page it doesn’t move. It doesn’t let you adjust anything. Can you please go back?
